We Should Start a 73-79 Club In Texas

The reason I didn't post this in the Texas Chapter board is because there are alot of people in there with other models. Other models are fine, but if we formed some sort of club for 73-79 trucks in NE Texas (DFW Area) we could get together, help each other with builds, trade parts, etc..

Anyone interested? I live in Grapevine, about half-way between Dallas and Ft Worth. Would be interested in meeting some time, even if there are only 3-4 people.

Moved to proper forum

The reason this was mopved here is because the 73-79 is for tech related topics & the fact it is the BUSIEST forum on FTE for things like this!

How about watching for 73-79 truck users that show Texas as their home & contacting them directly in conjunction with FTE instead of recruiting for a seperate club ?

Not trying to recruit anyone, if there is already a club in DFW, I don't know about it and that is why I posted this. If I missed something, please let me know what it was...

I think you would have a better chance at a club if you open it up beyond these few model years. I have a 78 4X4, but also an '00 4X4. I live in Lamar County that is about 100 miles NorthEast of Grapevine.

I might be game.

Have a great day,
Doc
