I see that....they do thier homework, a lot going on behind the scenes. They even monitor the weather, and have found that if a big storm is coming, they've noticed people buy more strawberry pop-tarts....such useless information to anyone else. But not for Wal-Mart.

Saw most of it last night and it was informative. I did some thinking about my shopping habits and I tend to shop with the local guys first, the one's that specialize in their field.

I hate to walk all the way to the back on the store to get oil and a filter and then fight the long lines to check out and walk the whole parking lot to get back to my truck........what just to save a buck or two.

Some times bigger is not always the best.

I see that Wally world is now building a humongus outlet across the border in Mexico. Now they will be able to hire illegals before they even become illegals .

Good place for them as that is the quality of merchandise they dump on the market any way .

i think that if smaller businesses would stay open 24 hours then they could give wal mart a run for their money. i work until 9:30 at night six days a week. i would rather support small business but they're not open when i get off work.

has anyone seen the "something wal mart this way comes" episode of south park?
very funny and also very poigniant.
