Reflashing Computer (OB2)
I just replaced my PCV valve and hose. My service engine light came on prior to this. I had code P1070, lean on banks 1 and 2. I replaced the fuel filter and PCV valve/hose and the light turned off. Now my truck feels like its running lean still. No service engine light has came on, I have driven more than 20 cycles almost 300 miles. No code or service engine light. Just wondering if my computer needs to be reflashed for it to run normal again. I would appreciate the response as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the response. The truck does not run like it used to before. The accelerator pedal feels a little more heavy. Before the pedal was lighter. Also, can there be another problem that the OBD2 cannot detect. What else should I look for. I did all the spark plugs. You think there is something to do with that. While we are on the topic. A few nights ago I had a nightmare: I dreamnt that one of the spark plugs came loose, but then again i'm tripping. The plugs were fine the day i put 'em in. But my point is why is the truck running a little heavy on pedal. Also, do you think the fuel injectors are clogged, maybe that's why I don't get the HP it had before. YEs, the fuel filter was extremely clogged. but what about the injector. any problems their. The response is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Frank

In order for the fuel filter to be clogged you must have gotten some bad gas. Or someone doesn't like you. Did you cut it in half and look to see what was in there? In 35 years of driving I have yet to have a clogged filter on any vehicle..esp one with a plastic tank..If you have gunk in the filter then most likely you have gunk in the tank. there is a remote chance that you have had some material go by the filter to the injectors...depends on whats in the gas thats not supposed to be there..
