Does anyone know the function of the IDM resitor/diode and what would happen if one or both components went intermittent or bad? I am having an itermittent loss of power proble that shows up in erratic tach signal (see my earlier post)and I have traced it to to the area near the IDM reistor/diode pack. Anyone have any info/experience with this?
