Wife Swap TV Show ?

Haha, that show is pretty funny. I watched the one where the super clean obsessive compulsive wife with the day planned out to the minute swaps with the lazy one who's house is a pig-sty with about 30 pets in it.... It was actually pretty entertaining, and both families ended up much better off after what they'd learned from their experiences. The scheduled family was more relaxed, easy-going, open to having fun... and the slob house had the dad being more of a dad, and they were living a bit... cleaner.

Last night was the first time I had ever seen the show before. It was rather funny. I don't think it is a matter of people not liking the reality shows etc, but maybe to show those people what is missing in their household (like the woman that didn't spend enough time with her kids.) It may not be a show that tons of people will watch, but at least it gives us some enjoyment.

I pride myself in my ability to resist the choas called reality tv. I am not interested in seeing such foolish behavior exhibited for all the world to see. Wife swap is not a situation I would ever find myself drawn to - It took long enough to get comfortable with my current arrangements, I surely do not want to go through that again, especially for a temporary circumstance.

They stole the idea for this one from Dave Chapelle.
He had a skit on his show called "Trading Spouses"
That was also the exact name the fox network used on their version over the summer.
Only reality shows I can stand to watch are the more game show oriented ones like Fear Factor and The Amazing Race.

The only TV I watch is the simpsons, and other fox tv shows like king of the hill, that 70s show, etc etc..stuff like that. But hte simpsons is the only show I will actually make an effort to watch (which even still isn't much). If I look at the clock and its about that simpson time (730 here) and I got nothin goin' on, I'll watch.
I also watch MTV but nothing in particular, it's usually just in the background as I am on FTE
