6 speed transmission swap

OK, I have a 93 F-250 with a 7.3 diesel, an E4OD trans, and 4x4. I want to swap the trans for a manual and I'm thinking of getting a 6 speed from a Super Duty. My question is, will that trans bolt onto my engine and transfer case, or if not, is there an adapter I could use?

Scroll down to the botton.

ZF 5 Speed sounds easier than the 6 gears listed at the bottom.

Sit back, open a brewski or diet coke or a plain water as would be your preference, and check out:

Converting to a stick is going to be a process full of joy, so you may consider beefing your auto and giving it some new brains.

Good luck.

The 5 speed is the easiest way for you to go. The 6 speed uses a larger output shaft, therefore, you have to use a 6 speed Suepr Duty transfer case also.
