Question 4.9 Water Pump Replacement

Just bought myself a 93 F-150 with the 4.9 and it needs a water pump. Looks like I am going to have to take the fan off for sure, but not sure about the radiator and the rest........

Anyone wanna offer some advice or help?

Thanks

Aj
