fuel line bleeding

What is the best way to bleed high pres. fuel lines on an 85 6.9

Loosen the nuts on the injectors and spin the motor. Don`t spin for very long or your starter will fry. Once you are getting fuel, tighten the nuts. How did you get air in your system? You may need to bleed the air at the filter first. More info needed please.

Thanks for help. I got air in the system when I changed head gaskets. Its up and running now .
