Anyone able to tell me the location of fuel injection lines on the back of the injection pump?

Looking at the pump where the lines go starting at 1 o-clock and going clockwise:5 4 3 7 2 1 8 6. Install lines i following sequence 2 7 1 3 8 4 6 5 this is from Haynes Techbook Diesel engine repair #10330 at AZONE about 15 bucks. Now maybe you can help me out? What is the best way to bleed HP lines after doing head gaskets? thanks

Have all the lines cracked loose at the injectors. Then after a good battery charging, crank the engine over with the pedal on the floor for 10 seconds. Wait 30 seconds to a minute and try it again. Keep it up till the lines get wet and bubbley or the batteries slow down (whichever comes first). Tighten the lines down and fog 'er up. You may have to stay on the throttle some until it smooths out.
