Does your radio have 2 vertical holes on each side? If so you can pick up a removal tool for about 5 bucks. It'll be a piece of wire, shaped into a "U". This'll go into the holes and it'll click in place, then the radio will pull right out

I got that little tool at autozone for a couple bucks. You put them in the two holes and pull apart, like speading them apart, and pull at the same time.

A nice stiff clothes hanger cut and bent properly can do the job equally as well.

Just don't do like I did in my Taurus and get ****ed off and rip the damn thing out of the dash peice by peice. That was funn. then my friend touched the yellow and black..."Spark!" i'm glad he didn't get hurt man...

I have used the coat hanger with the same results.......Some of the metal ones seem too thin though to push the little pins inside, out

I'd go for spending the five bucks for the tools. I tried the coathanger method but didn't have any luck. The tools I got were machined a little on the ends that go into the holes so that there were little "*****" on them, and those clicked into some little detent and got a little bite so I could some pull the radio out. When I tried the coathanger they just went in, got no purchase and pulled right back out, leaving the radio right where it was.
