97 F250HD Front End
Since I posted a reply, I have found what this is. I did an extensive amount of research, including calling different dealers. The problem is not alignment or weak front springs; it has to with the camber adjustment. The way to correct the problem is to install a camber adjustment plug. This plug is installed on the top of the spindle. The angle of the plug has to be determined at the time of installation.
This camber adjustment will fix the tilting inward of the front tires.
Most Ford dealers don't know this even exists. So if you need to get this fixed, insist that they install this unit. Ford will tell you that the alignment is with in specs, that's BULL, if your tires tilt in at the top, you're going to wear them unevenly.
