How can I bench test fuel pump on my 96 F-150 & does it have an inertia switch?

Yes you do have an inertia switch. It's behind the passenger kick panel. You should be able to feel the reset button without removing the panel. If you can't find it pull the panel off and you'll see it.
I see from your other thread you aren't getting fuel to the engine. When you turn the key on (don't start it) you should hear the pump run for about a second then shut off. Another way to see if the pump will run is to find the EEC test connector under the hood, driver's inner fender, toward the rear. Ground the fuel pump test lead with the key on and the pump should run. The fuel pump test lead is on the bottom, farthest right (short slanted side) of the connector.
