Welcome Joe! You'll want to get a copy of the Sacramento Vintage Ford catalog for your truck. Red's Headers is another must have catalog. Also Mac's Antique Auto Parts is another goodie. These can be found online.
Locally, your neighborhood auto parts store can get most of the day to day stuff you'll need to keep it running. Here, NAPA wins hands down. Any place where the guys actually know vehicles and will put the computer away when they talk to you.

LMC Trucks is also a source for parts. Sacramento vintage ford probably has the largest selection of parts i have found so far. I am working on a 48 F1. This is my first project. This forum is the best place to go for help. There is always someone who has had similar situations and are willing to help.
Good Luck Joe and keep us posted.
