I've been having problems with the front wipers not contacting the windshield through their entire cycle. So I changed the blades, no joy. When I looked at the wiper arm assembly, the spring doesn't seem to be doing a great job and the assembly is loose on the spindle. I removed, lubricated arm joint, reinstalled the assembly but still loose. Any thoughts or is just time for a new wiper arm assembly?
