how much would it cost to sand blast a frame?

Well, for starters, is the front clip, engine, tranny, cab, wiring, brakelines, and bed on the truck? For JUST the frame, and JUST sandblasting, it would take only 2-3 hours. Maybe $200 - $300
But if other stuff is in the way, the price goes up up up........
And, frankly, blasting and painting the frame is only useful (as in preserving the vehicle) if the other stuff (cab etc.) is removed. If you are just interested in making it pretty, then wire brush the thick dirt off yourself, and paint it. But you will have succeeded in only making it look better -- the places that the frame rusts through are not accessible till everything else is pulled.
