i am sorry i am posting this in the wrong area.... i just wanted the guys here, that know me best, that i am happy this site is here for us to share our thoughts.

for those of you that know or care. there is no animosity between myself and my friend, the manufacture. we have differing ideas on marketing tactics, but that is about it. the root of the issue is the poor moderation and total censorship that occurred elsewhere (on a different website). deleting posts and threating your user base is a sure way to lose the ppl that make the website work! i have had several messages offline asking me for the content of the deleted post as apparently there were a few following the banter and learning about suspensions along the way.

again, thank you ken payne for making this a truly open learning experience!

 

Don't know what prompted the last paragraph, but I'll agree that this is the best Ford site on the 'Net.

What everybody else said and then some. I like that there is no question too dumb or stupid or irrelevant to anyone here. No one is made to feel like an outsider. Everyone who needs help is helped promptly without being made fun of or made to feel stupid. I also love the loose feeling of this site. It's like one big group of friends. Even though you don't know someone, once you get on this site it seems you've known them forever. Everyone's opinion is welcome. Relevant to Superduties or not. That's what makes this site great in my eyes. Everyone should be commended.

Thanks, you're always welcome here! A disagreement with a manufacturer won't get it removed unless libel is involved. The last thing we want is to be a terrorist site to a manufacturer or to the users. And we like having you here, you're one hell of a great asset to our site.
