I own several Guns but my Favorite is a single shot 12 GA. I usually go to the local wash to go shooting. I also have a 9mm FEG and several 22cal. Rifles and a 300sav that needs a recoil spring.

I've got a Glock .45acp model 21. I will go shooting wherever I can and where it's legal or they can't get me on anything (mostly the range).
I want to get a 30/30 and a 12 gauge double, but that's in the future, want to get my truck paid off more first.
Also, I have been looking at a Walther 9mm, what do you think about this one, also the Makarauf 9mm (Russian gun), the thing I like about them is their compact size (especially the Makarauf).

I'll go ahead and say what is usually no more then 50ft away from me at all times. Ruger 357 snubby (with home loads). I might as well carry a knife, they both have about the same range. Plus anyone so retarded to try and rob me I'd rather it be a slow, painfull experience. With the 357 I could practically vaporize anybody.. Which I guess makes clean-up all the easier!

I used to have a couple cheap crapty handguns, one broke, I sold the other one.
one was a .22 that was super fun to play around with at the range, The other was a .380 that I mostly got for home/self defence. the .380 broke, and was a general pain in the ***.
