Well, I went to my local camper RV store here in town to get some prices on some decent 5th wheel trailers. They guy came back with a gorgeous looking Prowler 38' 9" 5th wheel that has full shower, bath, ceiling fan, FIREPLACE, etc., etc. The MSRP on this was almost more than my truck! This came to $44,763.68 WOW !!! Plus they charge a $500 delivery fee. I almost fainted, so I took the brochures, and left. Maybe I'll get my 5th wheel from E-bay

 

They come in all price ranges. My 5th wheel is about 3 months old, 35' toy hauler and I paid about half that price. Do you have any more dealers in your area? Look around. Also check out www.rvtradersonline.com

 

my 32' toy hauler is a 99 I got it a year ago for 13,500. I would search for a used one

 

parents have a 38ft. Montana, double slide, loaded. $60k. Go look at Alpha Gold's and Teton Homes, will be over $100k for some!

I just bought a cherry 1975 terry 25ft for $1500. Not fancy, not new, but I'm not keeping up with the joneses or using it for more than a weekend here or there either.
