code 122 and 998 koeo test? new tps solve low voltage?

i did the swap in my 93 to the 5.8.
i am starting a similar thread with the basics to hopefully get more info. i as of right now have a solid light and pulled the codes 122 and 998 which is low voltage to the tps and the other is a crash code saying it stopped running tests and is running in a closed loop type setting, or by memory and not reading the engine sensors. it smells kinda rich and runs like a dog. will a new tps solve low voltage? for more info on the swap n what i did ask or find my thread on the engine surging.
thanks
lance
