I have a 88 F350 Dually Centurion conversion with a EFI 460, auto transmission. The engine has approximately 4,000 miles on it and I have determined that #6 injector is bad, the solinoid ohms out at 5 ohms like all the others, and the wiring harness ohms out the same as the other 7, the cylinder has 175 lbs of compression and good plug firing. No rpm drop when #6 injector is unplugged. It currently has 24 lb. OEM injectors in it. The injectors were just cleaned by the rebuilder at the time of over haul. My problem is figuring how much HP it has, when it was rebuilt it was cammed a little, with flat top pistons, bored .040. Is the 24 lb. injectors sufficient, or do I need to go to 26 or 30 lbs? This is my first time on this, I've been impressed by the advise and wisdom of allot of the responces. Thanks in advance.
