south african update

just had this back from the owner,sounds quite a interesting story,any info number dummy on this,have asked for more photos
Hi there. Yes it is a original 4x4. One of only 200 ever built. The SA water services commissioned 200 8 hole f250's from ford America in the 60's. But no extra parts where available. So it has brakes from a 2012 f250. And the tailgate i had made. And all 200 were white. And put in an extra electric fuel pump. Otherwise very original. Have it for 5 years now. And looove it dearly

Very interesting find. I thought Ford RHD trucks built for export were all made in Canada in those days.
