My usual response to a question like yours starts out "If you have to ask...no."
Are they the same series engine?
Which transmission in each?
What is your access to tools, a lift, a decent place to work?
Have to done a swap or major mechanical and automotive electrical work before?
Why the swap? Can the OEM engine be repaired instead?
