Need help with brakes!
Ok here we go.......
I had the anti lock brake light come on and found left front hub assembly worn out so I changed out the entire hub assembly. While doing so I also found the slide pins on the caliper were frozen so I replaced the caliper and changed out both rotors for good measure. After driving to set the brakes the light came back on. After inspecting the front I found the sensor cable had rubbed the tire so I put the old sensor cable back on. Now the brake light comes on and I loose the anti lock brakes but the real problem is that when anti lock brakes are working the brakes are fine at speeds above 20 mph. Going 60 and doing a hard brake the truck brakes normally until 20 mph the the pedal gets rock hard and pulls hard to the right. I hear a noise when this happens but for the life of me can not describe what it sounds like. Wish I could. Once I come to a complete stop the pedal loosen back up to what I would consider normal. I checked the brake booster by pumping in down with engine off and again while running so I don't think its the VB. I had brake codes pulled and it appears every component dealing with brakes need to be replaced. I am at wits end here.
