Question I need to replace my Front Hubs on 2003 F 250 4x4

I have to replace the front hubs on my 2003 F250 Super Duty 4x4 with the 7.3 Diesel. I am trying to decide which manufacture to purchase. Have looked at rock auto they have prices from $80 to $300 depending on who made the hubs. Some of the cheaper hubs I know nothing about them, (Mevotech, Dura International, WJB) as for the names (MOOG, Asbestos, Timken) I know they make quality parts.
So my question is do I spend the extra $50 plus to get the brand name or are these other cheaper manufactures just as good.
Thanks in advance for your help

If you're talking about the frint locking hubs, I'd go with a brand name just for peace of mind; don't want it to fail when I need it. I put manual Warn hubs my 2006 F350 a few years ago. Can't recsll the cost, but it wasn't out of line.

I went with Timken figuring the job was a pain in the butt so saving $50.00 versus possibly having to do it sooner to save a few dollars was not worth the saving.

It is really not that hard of a job. It is just a little more effort than changing the brakes. You just need to have a real good pair of snap ring pliers. It seems that most people are happy with the Timken.

I went with Timken from rock auto. The box said made to Timken specifications, probably made in China. They included the studs and O ring, some others do not.My 2001 has coarse threads and I believe 2003 was the year they switched to fine threads.
