Jamie doesn't mind the place but won't step foot near it since we live in a little community that gossips too much

Haha you're right, that might be a first! Sounded like you had a better time at Ryan's anyways since we were back at the hotel by ?10:30?, can't really recall what time it was.

 

so....as of today two companies have called this week from that show, one that wants to hire me if I leave the bank, and one that wants to talk to me later this week about working for them. I didn't pimp myself while I was there, just talked with everyone. I kind of expect to hear from another that was there due to the conversation we had, but I don't think they are needing anyone at this time.
In addition to the number of calls I have received since coming back to work, because I put my card in their bowl for a drawing, and now they want to sell me something. All this because I wanted to win a bbq grill, or a vacation, or Omaha steaks... or... and I ended up with loads of phone calls and a cute little baby drone. LOL!

I'll sure miss ya at conferences if you leave the bank and go a non-IT route, but I hope you end up wherever brings you happiness

 

I haven't been looking for places to work, but they seem to be coming to me. I also don't know if I want to switch to another "Banking" environment, but don't know what else I would do. I didn't choose Banking it chose me.
