Jen suggested traverse city state park as well. Not much difference in drive time to a launch.
But i think we should pin down some date options here right quick too.

Looks like it is about a week away from making online reservations in Traverse. They do have a group area, I'll try and call this morning and see what info I can get about that.

Correct. Also this park restricts dogberts to a certain section of the campground (or used to, been six years or so since we camped there).

Not sure how the lack of running water is going to go over with the other half. She really has to have her glamping experience to the fullest....

Was kind of hoping to be closer to water/ boat ramp. Would be much easier to be able to not have to bring the boat in and out of the water. The high maintenance dog that is mine is quite a pain at times.
