I must be stupid - what am I missing...
Ok, I must be stupid so someone please help me out...
I have decided to hardware my new dashcam to 12 volt ACC power instead of going to my upfitter switches. (If I happen to turn off the switch accidentally - then my camera will not function.)
So - how in the heck do I tap Accessory Power in the fuse box? Basically, everything I test with the voltmeter is hot when the truck is running or hot when it is not running.
Someone please educate me.
Thanks.

There should be a 10A customer access wire that is ignition hot. On the 99-16's it was white with a blue stripe but I have not had the chance to work on a 2017 yet so I couldn't tell you.
On my dash cam in my F-150 I found a wire under the dash that is hot any time the key is in the ignition and used that.

Look for a Green/Orange on Gas trucks and Yellow/Gray on Diesel trucks, blunt cut wire with the PTO bundle of wires (all blunt cut) I've heard these are either under the dash on passenger side or under the hood on the firewall. This will be a 12v ignition hot source, I just received some new diagrams from Chelsea regarding wire color.

Use the PTO Relay Output wire bundled with your upfitter wires. It's circuit number CB112, Green/white. It's fused at 25 amps and the fuse is in your upfitter fuse box. It will energize when the truck is in accessory or running. Look at page one of this bulletin and the bottom right of page 3. Route the wire over to a pass through on the passenger side and route the wire from the passenger kick panel up to your camera.
