Hi everyone

So all of a sudden my rear play isn't working. I press 3 and 5 together and the stereo doesn't do anything. I press 2 and 4 together and the stereo doesn't do anything, HOWEVER when pressing 2 and 4 I hear the controls click twice, back to back, and the rear display shows on then immediately switches to off.

Also, while playing music through streaming bluetooth and/or USB the sound will randomly cut out for 2 seconds then come back. I haven't heard it with FM yet, but it is random.

I feel like something is broke but I am not sure if it is the rear unit or the head unit. I considered an aftermarket head unit, but I wasn't sure if they make one where I can keep the rear controls and steering controls.

Any suggestions?
