Tire Sizes by Wheel Diameter -16.5"
That link is what Tire Rack offers in a 16.5" rim. It looks like you're going to have to change your wheels for a more common diameter. Unless someone else knows of another supplier.
Summit Racing has six offerings however.

You can also go to your local shop and see what they can order.

Yea that was exactly the case. But I can mount them myself in the shop. I'm just going to have to change rim sizes

I've read may times that 16.5" rims don't have safety beads. If a tire shop says they can't mount tires on your rims it's probably that they aren't allowed to, not that they aren't able to.
That said, someone on this board (I forget who) said that there are 16.5" rims with safety beads, and even posted a picture of one. But still, I bet that's the issue your tire shop is running into.

They just wanted his money. I'm sure they mount plenty of 19.5 or 22.5 tires. Any wheel with a .5 size won't have the safety bead.
