A simple tip for splitting PDFs.
1. Make it all one PDF document.
2. Download and install a PDF writer (virtual printer) of some sort (adobe, doPdf, etc).
3. Open your PDF and "print" it to the writer of your choice, but select "Pages X to Y" and give it a name like "Orion1_5" (avoiding spaces and dashes to stay internet friendly without %%##$#$%# in the name )
This method will preserve your big, complete version that can then be cut, converted, manipulated, etc in whatever way you want. Maybe one is 3 pages at a time, maybe one is 8 pages, etc.
Most of the PDF writers (all I have used) allow you to set a resolution under advanced printer settings or similar options. Keep it HIGH for saving the original doc (maybe you want to change pic sizes later and this preserves the higher resolutions), print at lower for display on the internet, maybe medium for download/print, etc
Hope this helps

Both good points that I will take into consideration when working on the write-up. I managed to get the drivers front bracket mounted, the bar put together and drilled the first set of holes in the bar for the coupler to mount up properly.
I suspect I will be finished tomorrow after work, then I can start the write up and video editing. I already take 2 times as long time to get work done on the truck, doing videos and pictures makes it 3 times as long.

The bars are in! I took the truck on a short test drive (10 miles or so) and to 3 stops where the wheels/axle would hop due to axle wrap. Well, as predicted it was rock solid and moved as soon as fuel was applied.
There is no squeaking, popping or noise of any sort from the bars, rear end or suspension.
I am very impressed with the bars so far, but will not have the ability to test them with the 5th wheel attached for a while yet. I still have a bunch of stuff to do in the engine bay and air bags to mount before we hook up the trailer.
I am now going to start working on the write up for the FTE and a video for YouTube of the full installation.
A couple of teaser pictures in the meantime are below...

The video is done for the OUO bars and comes in at 6:50 in full 1920x1080 resolution. I should have it uploaded on YouTube shortly after I get the PDF write up done.
I plan to create a new thread with a clear and easily searchable subject with both the PDF uploaded and a link to the video.
I spent about 12 hours editing and cutting down the video and feel it is a good product that I would be satisfied with if I was a potential customer of OUO and RiffRaff when looking for traction bars.

Both the write-up and video are done and live on the interwebs...
They both can be seen and commented on at the link below.
Finally, the OUO write-up is here!
