6.7 MPG'S Way Down. Help!!

So I had the Jackhammering issue repair done a few weeks ago. Before the fix my mileage was averaging around 14.5 - 14.9, once I got the truck back it's down to 11.2. Before you give me the "many factors" speech....my driving habits have not changed one bit so I can only assume it has something to do with the TSB repair. I contacted the Dealership where it was completed and there answer is a resounding "no way, that repair would have nothing to do with the MPG's" but I cannot tie it to anything else since I have not driven the truck any different since. Anyone have any thoughts?

Hmmm did the repair involve a reflash? Maybe truck needs to relearn driving habits and trans shift points and such first?

They did the re flash first (which didn't work) about a month before the TSB repair. I was just wondering if anyone else was getting better "average" mileage than 11.0
