New Livewire, hard shifts

I have a 2008 6.4 that has a cold air intake, dpf delete, straight piped from turbo back, stage 2 ATS Transmission, Mishimoto intercooler with the upgraded cold side pipe. I just performed the egr delete, and went with the wastegated setup. Along with that, I ordered the new sct livewire with custom tunes. When I have it on tow mode, it shifts beautifully, but I'm not too impressed with the power. When I switch over to race or street, and drive like a grandpa, the transmission shifts so hard, it feels like I'm gonna lose a rear end. I have a phone call into sct, but haven't heard back yet. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks

Ok, I fixed the hard shifts. Next question is: are the custom tunes that come with the livewire ok to use, or should I get some different tunes?

Not sure what you mean by "custom" from SCT? Mine came with 3 preloaded tunes. I bought "custom" tunes and loaded them into my Livewire. The truck works much better now from shifting to increased mileage over the stock SCT tuff. Buy some.
