Looking at some used factory step bars

I'm eyeballing some factory ford step bars on Craigslist. They are off a 2016 crew cab and I have a 2016 crew cab. He is asking 200 for them with no hardware. I don't think I'm willing to pay the full 200, but the ad does say "asking". My question is, what do I need to mount these? I know they bolt to the flange along the bottom, but do I just need 12 stainless bolts? Are the brackets threaded, or are they through bolted? Anyone know what size off the top of their head? I'm only interested in them if they are in like new condition, what do you think is a fair offer.

I was planing on nfab full lengths, but this would be a lot cheaper and I know the finish will hold up on these vs a cheap set of tube steps.

The steps are thru bolted and mount to the body flange using the 'typical' Ford nut-clip and bolt. They are very easy to install.

Stick a bolt through the hole on yours and see, or measure with a tape.
That will get you in the ball park.
Maybe 1/4, 5/16, or 3/8.
