I have a 99 f250 super duty extended cab and my fuel gauge is messed up. I dropped the tank and the bobber was laying at the bottom so I put it back together and start the truck and it's still in the same spot. It's not stuck because it's does move (reads empty when the keys not turn, reads about a half inch past full when key is turned) what could be my problem. Is it a ground problem? If so how do I fix that?
