11 F150 110v power inverter partially working

My rear outlet is only putting out 95v, and none of my devices work in it. As electrical devices can accept +/- 10% power. So I need at least 99v to run anything. I'm assuming bad power inverter in the truck? Anyone had this before? Just bought this from a retired couple and they said they only used the outlet a couple times since buying the truck brand new. I was reading and seen that the outlet stops working sometimes. But I'm not able to find anything where they are just being short changed volts. Green LED is on saying it's ready. Been through the owners manual and online forums. Can't find anything on it.

Its the inverter. The inveter module is in the dash mounted towards the floor where the center console enters. Its pretty easy to pull the console and replace the inverter. However the price of the inverter is $$ I paid over 200.00 for the part.
