ignition post question

ignition post question
On my 1966 ignition switch there are four posts, I'll call them ABC & D.
1. there is continuity on A and B in start position of the key.
2. there are continuity on B, C and D in run (on) position of key.
3. there is continuity on A and D in Acc. position of key.
I think: A post is should go to battery post on solenoid.
B post should go to the "s" start post on solenoid. (SOL)
C post should go to accessory terminal (ACC)
D post should go for ignition (IGN)
my switch does not have marks of (ACC) (IGN) (SOL) as in past switches I have had.
Can anyone help me confirm this. I have instructions on a harness I am installing and I do not have a terminal they call for so I am making up the connection.

I did a search and found this thread. Maybe it will help.
