Talking Power Boost

I have a 1998 Ford Lariat with 4.6L V-8 engine. I need a little bit more power to tow my trailer, but I don't want to invest in a more powerful truck. Is there something I could do in the way of a power boost? Add on some kind of doo-dad, tweak existing equipment? As I say, I'd like a LITTLE bit more power.

Get a Diablo Programmer, probably your best investment. If you don't want a programmer get a performance exhaust. Just don't buy an FIPK Kit. Trust me.
