Getting the KOEO electrical test code 111 with a cold engine points to a bad ECT sensor. If a bad ECT sensor says the engine is hot when it is cold the engine may not start or may do what your engine is doing.
The thing I looked up gave two ohm readings one was for 80 somethings degrees the other for over 100 degrees. My ohms was In between the two at ambient temperature and its 90 degrees outside.
Sorry I was trying to keep it running. It stays a 40 psi when running 38 psi when you turn on the key. If you pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator it does nothing.
The vacuum line to the FPR must not have any vacuum while running.
Have you pulled the SPOUT out and if it will run then put a timing light on it and see if it is set at 10 deg BTDC?
