So now that we know the computer doesn't think anything is wrong, we can start some basic diagnostics.

Does the truck start/run if you shoot starting fluid or carb cleaner down the intake?

Getting the KOEO electrical test code 111 with a cold engine points to a bad ECT sensor. If a bad ECT sensor says the engine is hot when it is cold the engine may not start or may do what your engine is doing.

Which one is the ECT there are two on top of the intake. If I'm correct one is for the temp gauge and one is for the computer?

The ETC sensor is for the Computer and the Temp gauge sender is for the gauge.

The IAT (Intake Air Temperature) tells the computer what the temp is of the air going into the engine.

Was that ohm reading for a hot or cold ECT sensor?

Here is a video of what the truck is doing!!

The thing I looked up gave two ohm readings one was for 80 somethings degrees the other for over 100 degrees. My ohms was In between the two at ambient temperature and its 90 degrees outside.

I could not see the fuel gauge while it was running. The camera keep pointing at the throttle body for some reason.

Sorry I was trying to keep it running. It stays a 40 psi when running 38 psi when you turn on the key. If you pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator it does nothing.

The vacuum line to the FPR must not have any vacuum while running.
Have you pulled the SPOUT out and if it will run then put a timing light on it and see if it is set at 10 deg BTDC?

Yes it is.
Spark Output (SPOUT): Desired spark timing information sent from the PCM to the ICM.
