Not very fair. That chebby's an original Duramax LB7 making 235hp/500 torque. 6.7 is rated at 400hp/800 torque. It would have been a good match if the Ford was a 7.3.
The dually will loose every time, single wheel will have better traction in this case, dry pavement. The single wheel would have had more pounds per square inch on the tire patch than the dually, though heavier divided over four tires. Would not really matter the HP but torque to lift off would make a difference.
