fender flares

I have a 2001 f250 that has rusted fenders. It had flares on it when I got it and they didn't look like they fitted right. The tops don't quite cover the trucks fender lines. Also they stick out like 2" and I hate it. I saw a truck with really thin flares on it and they were taller than mine, and they stuck out like a half inch. Anyone have any idea where I can get a set like that? They're the rivet style btw.

I've had the bushwacker custom style pocket flares on my '03 for years now. Great fit, look great imo, probably stick out further than what you're looking for though. I like how far they stick out myself as it offers great protection.

Must be different if you're having fitment issues though. Mine fit like a glove, no gaps and tight. Super secure, I sometimes use automatic car washes with that truck and have had no issues for I'm gonna guess four or five years anyways now.

Not to derail to much. Tanky boy is huge! The gentle giant. His bro isn't to small either.

Yeah I'm not sure. They're sturdy as hell. But look like crap with the body line visible above the rears. Yours looks way better than mine for fitment. And how much does he weigh!? I had a rott that ended up having to go at 4 years old cause he killed 2 calves and he only weighed like 85lbs and was way smaller. Lol I have a black mouth cur now and he's only about 50lbs.

My best guess puts the Tanky boy at 150ish. Just a guess though as I have no way of weighing them. The black dog was 125 at his last vet visit at just over a year(he's about seven now) and he's definetly the lighter of the two. Both mastiff crosses and never killed a thing. Both intact too.

Good luck finding the flaps you're looking for.

Man that's a big dog. Lol well thanks for your help! Hopefully someone else knows of some narrower ones. I'm surprised they don't make flush fit fenders. Or at least that they aren't more popular lol
