I think I am going to put mud flaps on it. Does anyone know of a good mud flap to go with? I prefer the larger style over the hard plastic short ones.
I may have to get flares eventually, I do not think ill pass inspection without them, (PA). Any insight on this?
I believe you are correct about inspection (unless you find someone willing to overlook it). If you don't want flares I agree with GN1220, just throw the stock wheels on for inspection and put the cool ones after it passes.

Been having a loud banging, clunking noise when going over bumps. Finally found the problem a couple weeks ago. Cab mounts were disintegrating. Ordered a new set from Energy Suspension Systems. Went with the black neoprene. This was not an easy job in my driveway. I will never do it again. Pay someone for this job if it ever comes up again in my life time. As long as I had it all apart. I cleaned up the steel parts of the mounts and sprayed them with white primer. Help clean up the look a little. Not that anyone is going to see them. But it made me feel better anyways. All better now. Truck doesn't bang and the suspension is doing its job. This is my 05 crew cab FX4.
Used my ODBll to clear a check engine light. I added a cold air intake a couple of months ago. Its the second time its thrown this code in 3 months. Maybe the MAF sensor needs to be replaced... Pretty bad *** code reader. Bought it on amazon for 15 shipped. Highly recommend.
First time on the pick up side usually on the excursion forum. But I picked this up for 1300 bucks so here I am. Runs when it wants to, has tons of sweet aftermarket wiring but the body is in great shape so I'm going to roll with it
