Would you swap coolant anyway?

Would you swap coolant anyway?
Hey everyone, been reading on this site for a few months since buying my first 6.0. Thanks for all the help and info already!
FYI: 2003 F250 190k miles
One thing I can't find is everyone's opinion when there is not a problem... The truck has been bulletproofed by the previous owner except that it still has the green coolant. My delta never runs more than 10 degree and the truck runs great. I picked up an external coolant filter and have been trying to decide if I should do the coolant flush also. I've got a gallon of Restore and 1 gallon of new coolant already. My biggest fear is doing the flush and stirring up a problem that I currently do not have. "If it's not broke, don't fix it" kind of thing. What are your thoughts? Right now I'm leaning toward installing the filter system and not messing with the flush. Thanks again for all the help!

Are you sure that those early 6.0's used the old traditional green coolant, not the common gold as spec'd by Ford on the later 6.0's?
I'd check, knowing the additives, including phosphates, don't do you any favors, keeping the oil cooler from plugging.
Definitely add your coolant filter, knowing that the filters used, don't have additives to help plug it up even more.
Also, Ford recommends changing out the Gold every 105,000 miles so it's probably about time. What kind of coolant did you already buy?

I started to buy the Zerex Extended Life concentrated coolant. Maybe just to be safe I will get the green stuff out and do the whole flush any way.
