Leaf spring bushing

Leaf spring bushing
I'm debating on what to do about my 97 f250 4x4's front lean to the passenger side. It is about 1.5 inches lower on the passenger side than it is on the driver side front. I'm torn between changing the leaf bushings or just going ahead and replacing both front leafs. Is there any way to inspect the bushings or a way you can tell they are bad?

Look at the bolt going through the eyelet. If the bolt is centered, then it's probably worn springs. If the bolt is lower in the hole then the bushing is shot and needs to be replaced.
