New to the site, thanks for letting me in.

I have a 2012 XL that I need to replace the ignition cylinder on. It is the later type where the shroud can be removed without the cylinder coming out. I took the bottom of the shroud off to take a look, but I cannot seem to figure out how to remove it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Further, I would also like to replace the ignition switch while in there. It is giving a few fits as well. Can someone point me in the right direction there as well?
