hmmm im not to sure on your truck...but on the driver side fender there is an ignition module on gas trucks...mine went out and would turn over all day but wouldnt fire..not to sure about the ignition switch or if u have an ignition module

If your truck has a shroud around ignition switch it is an easy and inexpensive switch out. There is a pin on bottom of cylinder that when in the run position will push in and allow the cylinder to pull out. New cylinder pops in the same way.

the ignition switch is like $12.99 and take fifteen minutes to do if you have a shroud around steering column. If end of cylinder switch is worn check inner gear for the metal buildup and clean. Once shroud is removed put ignition switch in run position and press locking button from beneath with small drill bit or pick. goes in the same way
