left front chassis clunk.

Hello, on my 93 F150 4x4 I have a clunk which is loud and I can feel it when I enter a parking lot or anytime the frame is twisting. Ive replaced I beam bushings, sway bar bushings & links, radius arm bushings, and shocks. Its driving me nuts as I cannot find the source. Hitting bumps straight one is fine with no abnormal noises but entering a parking lot at an angle it snaps_clunks. Its coming from the front left best I can tell. Could it be a cross member? I replaced the clutch about 6 months ago. Any ideas for me?

Not sure about as late as '93, but the bricknose trucks have a tsb about the crossmember causing just what you say.
The solution is a hdpe slip sheet and new bolts torqued to spec.

I searched for "crossmember popping"

What's the rust situation on this truck? Check steering box mounting bolts and surrounding frame. Are the fender's hitting the doors?

Do you have a level kit or anything like that?

Sorry about the late reply. There's no rust to speak on the truck. Rechecked wheel bearings, ball joints are tight. I can see the left engine crossmember flex a little when the wheels are turned left to right with weight on them. I can't see any loose rivets. Having a heck of a time sorting this one out.

Check your drag link joints. When mine wore out the would make a knocking noise like you discribed going around sharp corners
