Could be true as it happened in Hemet, CA where he works. A black day for sure, he was an amazing dude!

The kind of news that just really hits you where it hurts. Like others here he helped me more than once, even was kind enough to reply to my emails. Help like that is a rare things these days, and I don't think he even had a clue how many he helped over the years. The best part was he was not in it for the props, simply an awesome mechanic willing to help out his fellow man.

I found out yesterday morning and like us all, it hit me hard....
This is truly a devastating loss to the Ford Diesel world.
We all learned from and he selflessly taught and empowered us all with everything we needed to know to avoid a trip to the dealer/shop.
RIP Ron, you'll be missed old friend.
