Frame swap electrical questions

I will be putting a 1976 F150 4wd frame underneath my 1970s body, I am aware of swapping the body but what I'm a bit worried on is the wiring, what wiring is interchangeable in those years and how will I go about swapping it around if not? The only issue I believe I'll have is the instrument panel and lights as the truck has the same engine in it.

I'm stupid

My apologies after a bit of actually thinking I realized pulling the wire will be a lot easier. But statement about headlights and tail lights still stands, can I use the wire from the 76 on my 70 body or will I have to swap?

If the wiring from the 70 is in good shape I would reuse it, the 76 wiring is different, and it would be easier to use the entire 70 wiring harness. If your good at wiring you could mix it or install an after market harness.
