wanting to tow with 450 hp
So I'm in the process of rebuilding my motor and my transmission after the shop ****ed up the rebuild for the third time and over reved smacking my intake valve into my #4 pistons. I was planning on building the motor just not until next yr but it's out anyways. I have a comp stage 1 cam already installed, non EBPV pedestal , non EBPV exhuast housing, arp headstand, bellowed up pipes, 4 in straight pipe, 3 disk low stall (1200-1300rpm) tq converter, shift kit and 31 row 6.0 trans cooler.
Now my questions is what's decent turbo and injector set up? I was thinking either the Aurora 4000 (maybe 3000 idk how much of a lag)or a 38r with 180cc single shot injectors. My goal is to be keeping up with the new 6.7s. I think the water methanol is what's gonna save my egts when towing.

So something like a h2e turbo? And I thought about hybrids I just thought it be little more than what I need(180 single shots have 100 percent nozzles). And I forgot to mention I have chromoly push rods and 910 valve springs with about 130 lbs of seat pressure, and sinister diesel regulated return sorry i have alot of mods but thats what makes it fun. What other top and bottom mods would be needed? (I know hybrids means bigger hpop probaly the adrenaline one is my choice

The rest of the truck.
Let's say the truck is built in a way that you have 450hp on tap, and somehow you manage to keep EGT's from going into thermonuclear meltdown... the rest of the driveline can't handle pushing that much power with that much weight.
I know because I tried. The power was there, but when I went to use it things broke. Ended up towing most of the time with a tune that dyno'd the same as a stock truck with a race tune.

The setup you're thinking about here is not useable power at anywhere close to your goal. Maybe with a lot of water/meth you might get close to 450hp, but only for extremely short bursts because your EGT's will be sky high.
You need to rethink your injector decision, and find a way to hit that power without throwing in water/meth. In the end you still won't be towing with that kind of power. Realistically, on an ideal setup you'll be towing with 350 rwhp or less. Anything more and repair bills start going up in a hurry.

Well what exactly broke on the drivetrain? I was going to redo the shops ****ed up mess with the trans myself (iv done them before it's just usually not worth my time) with the red eagle rebuild kit a BTS valve body and the 3 disk low stall tq converter and sterling 10.25s take a pounding. I built an idi that dynoed 524 but I blew up in a Mudd bog got stuck and wasn't paying attention to egts or boost. Turbos blew apart and destro ye the motor it was fun tho

And as for the "useable" power I know I can't be pulling while redlining making 450 but neither does the 6.7. It just makes enough in the lower rpms when it tops out for the 450
So that was my question what turbo and injector set up would be best for this? My thought was 180cc singles with 38r if something else is needed IL get that
