2013 f-250 tire size question

I have a 2013 f-250,CC,4x4,6.2, 3.73's with aftermarket monster 20" rims with 275/65/20's on it currently.
Whats the tallest/widest AT's I can put on it and still have decent wheel travel?
If I go with a levelling kit, same question...what can I get on it?
Now things to consider in the equation, I do alot of beach fishing which means 4x4 used alot in deep sand. So I would like to go with the most flotation friendly tire I can for the deep sand. I still pull an gooseneck trailer so height cant get too crazy either. Another height concern is that I am near 50 years old and be rest assure I am not as nimble as I was in my 20's. Truck still needs accessibility by older people. Hell I carry a step ladder make getting in my bed easy. My G/N pulling would be limited to 100 miles trips at most 12-14k lbs. Nothing extreme.
What are my options here folks? Stock? Level kit? and then tell me about doing a 4" lift. That would be the tallest I could get into or rather that my wife could get in to.....maybe I need to think about that last part a little harder.... I really do not want to swap gears to run taller tires if possibly.
Pleas throw out some suggestions for me to research. TBH...at 47 yrs old, I never thought I would be wanting to lift it. 2nd year of shark fishing on the beach has me wanting to lift it a bit.
THank

...very true, but a little more ground clearance would be nice

Sadly, the smart aleck answer is all I really have to offer since I keep my vehicles stock these days.
I can say that if you go with a body lift, rather than a suspension lift, your steering and driveline geometry will stay the same while affording more vertical tire clearance. There are several companies offering body lift kits up to 3 inches.
Rubbing during turns will be the same issue regardless of lift type.

You do a body lift on a Chubby, not a Super Duty.

It really depends on the offset of your wheels. My truck is leveled with 37x13.5x20 on stock wheels. I also tow a 5th wheel. If your offset is very much different than stock you can more than likely run 35's leveled.

I am not sure on the back spacing. Its the monster rims, I would venture a guess of 5plus inches of BS, but it has been aloooooong time since I messed with BS. Here is pic of truck as it sits now
